CAFÉ BY TRETTER´S
Café in Palladium centre is determined for a wide spectre of customers; however an emphasis was put especially on mothers with children. For them there is intended a non-smoking area where fairy tales for kids are displayed. Menu thinks of kids too – from breakfast through light snack to drinks.
Drink list contains specialties,
which are popular among expectant or breastfeeding mothers and which you can hardly obtain elsewhere.
Ovomaltina, a highly valuable fruit drink, which our grandmothers loved during their childhood,
healthy melta, caro, vitakáva, chicory or chaipur (ajurveda mixture of tea, Indian spices and milk).
Every gourmet shall be pleased with breakfast menu during morning
hours. Breakfast is served from 10.00 to 12.00 o’clock.
The atmosphere of Café by Tretters changes on early evening. Mothers with children enjoy good things and specialties during the day. However the café invites at 18 o’clock to “five o’clock tea”, actually to six o’clock tea.
You can enjoy the moment like British Queen Elisabeth and enjoy possibly their favourite brand of tea Harney and Sons. Lighting becomes intimately still impression and pleasant melodies „oldies“ replace pop played during whole day. Bar becomes a different lighting and magic of the place suitable for dating and for enjoying of food and drinks opens in front of you.

However an excellent coffee cannot miss. Owner of the café loves quality old things and traditions. However, he is also a continuator of ninety years long family gastronomic tradition (already his grandfather has owned in forties a café in Plzeň). Michael Tretter has therefore decided for traditional and famous brand Dallmayr Kaffee existing longer than 300 years.
Exclusive coffees, which Dallmayr offers, have today a significant share on the European coffee market. But not all coffees are the same! Company Dallmayr therefore well trained personnel which prepares a perfect coffee for you. Selection of coffees is incredibly rich.
You can ask for packing and take away all drinks, as well as deserts.
There is a daily selection of seven kinds of cakes; the most favourite are classical cheesecake, Sacher and Cuba cake.
And because the personnel thinks also of those who need to appease hunger,
it is also possible to order soup – according to daily menu or small omelettes with feta
cheese or with smoked salmon and also with cut tomatoes and chives. You can have also panini with salmon,
cottage cheese and lettuce or with Parma ham, mozzarella and rucola...
But most of guests do not want to leave too quickly.
They have a possibility to continue sitting with a glass of wine,
with a glass of Champagne wine or superb alcoholic and non-alcoholic mixed drinks.
Café by Tretter´s provides to its customers also WIFI free of charge as well as daily newspapers and it forms together with own toilettes a complete offer for everyone.
